Dual Packing Modes

1. Scan-to-Pack Mode

Ideal for mixed-SKU orders or multi-product fulfillment.

Ideal for mixed-SKU orders or multi-product fulfillment. Each order begins with a barcode scan, triggering real-time synchronization with your WMS. The system prints the label, dispenses a bag, and waits for the operator to insert the item. After sealing, the package is dropped onto a conveyor belt — ready for shipment.

2. Batch Mode

Designed for high-volume, single-SKU “hot sellers.”

In this mode, shipping labels are preloaded into the system and processed sequentially — no barcode scanning required. The machine automatically prints the next label, dispenses a bag, and waits for product insertion and sealing. Once completed, the cycle continues immediately. This mode streamlines throughput for bulk processing of identical orders, maximizing efficiency for flash-sale or high-frequency SKUs.
